WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in BPO, KPO, Hospitality, Travel & Tours, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work with Australian and UK clientele across assigned shifts
- Strong self-motivation and result-oriented mindset
- A dynamic, confident, and people-friendly personality
