ASSISTANT MANAGER
QUALITY ASSURANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and monitor quality assurance policies for compliance.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and address quality issues.
- Oversee product testing to ensure safety and consistency.
- Train and support quality team on standards and best practices.
- Lead investigations and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Maintain documentation and support compliance audits.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure raw materials and products meet standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of Senior/Head of QA experience in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality standards and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- QA certification (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP) preferred.
WORKING HOURS
8.30 am – 5.00 pm
WORK DAYS
Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Saturday (Half Day) 8.30 am – 12.30 pm
