Restaurant Waiter
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and the restaurant area.
- Assist guests with menu selections and respond courteously to requests and questions.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Housekeeping Attendant
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to a high standard.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared and presented before guest arrival.
- Replace linen, towels and guest amenities as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items or guest concerns to the relevant supervisor.
- Follow hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Support the housekeeping team with daily operational duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, detail and presentation.
- Reliable, responsible and physically fit for housekeeping duties.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A polite and service-oriented attitude towards guests.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
