KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor social, ethical, environmental and customer compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare for customer and third party audits.
- Follow up on audit findings, develop CAPs and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records and evidence.
- Conduct internal inspections, risk assessments and training.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, customer COC and company policies.
- Work closely with HR, EHS, Production and other departments for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of assessments and submissions for customers and certifications.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2-4 years of experience in apparel compliance or related field.
- Experience in handling customer & 3rd party audits.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour, environmental laws & regulations.
- Strong communication, reporting & interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently.
- Experience with M&S, C&A or other international customers will be an added advantage.
