ASSISTANT MANAGER (DPMC WORKSHOP - AMPARA)
Responsibilities
- Drive the team to achieve Workshop objectives and targets.
- Monitors and adjusts operations to ensure efficiency and policy adherence of the Service Standard operations (SOPs)
- Train the team for skill and technology upgradation to achieve high results and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in the management in stablising yearly budgets and monthly forecasts for the workshop business.
- Overlook spare part operation to ensure required spare parts with the right quantities are available when needed.
- Build healthy rapport with the customers through high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Professional qualification in Business Administration / Finance / Management or related will be added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Automobile industry including three years in supervisory role.
- Extensive background in aftersales services and spare parts in Automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with excellent team management.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
