Executive, Compliance

Role Overview
The Executive, Compliance will be responsible for managing the Food Safety Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, and other compliance-related aspects of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain the Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure continuous audit-ready compliance by conducting inspections, monitoring statutory requirements, maintaining records, and addressing compliance gaps.
- Coordinate fire, life safety, emergency procedures, training, and drills with relevant departments.
- Conduct hygiene, food safety, health, and safety inspections and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Implement and monitor CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs, ensuring proper documentation and adequate employee training on food safety and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma or professional qualification in Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Food Safety and Health & Safety, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, risk measurement tools, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong ability to interpret policies, procedures, regulations, and translate them into practical actions.
- Strong analytical, investigative, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct audits, inspections, investigations, and compliance assessments effectively.
