WE ARE HIRING
MECHANICAL ENGINEER OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all rice milling machinery, hullers, color sorters, and dryers.
- Troubleshoot electrical control panels, PLCs, motors, and power distribution systems.
- Minimize factory downtime through strict preventive maintenance schedules.
- Optimize machine efficiency to reduce grain breakage and energy waste.
- Supervise the technical team and ensure safety compliance on the floor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (From Sri Lankan University).
- Experience of 2-5 years in a rice mill or continuous-process food production plant.
- Knowledge of automation, sensor technology.
