PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a well-experienced individuals to join the team as the Production Executive and to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory production ensuring smooth production outputs in our Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer manufacturing plant at Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura.
What you will lead:
- Manage and supervise production operations, including inventory control, labour management and order fulfillment.
- Ensure all production activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and industry regulations.
What you will bring:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing Management from a recognized University
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other inventory management software. Hands-on exposure in SAP will be a definite advantage.
- Must be willing to reside close to the plant site.
