BRANCH MANAGER - KURUNEGALA BRANCH
JOB SUMMARY
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the branch. This includes driving business growth, managing the portfolio to maximize profitability, and ensuring high standards of operational integrity and staff development.
JOB PROFILE
- Drive and initiate business plans to achieve set objectives of the respective Branch.
- Managing assigned portfolio and maximizing profitability of assigned Branch.
- Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivate the Branch staff to achieve overall business targets of the Branch.
- To ensure that internal controls are in place and practiced in Branch Operations & Administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with related industry experience in marketing leasing, financial products in a reputed Finance company or Bank.
- Should have a well-established existing customer base and a supplier relationship network.
- Strong communication and negotiation Skills.
- Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, Credit Management or Accounting Finance would be an added advantage.
