We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the following positions for immediate employment in our Company
Site Supervisors
Requirement -
- NCT or similar Qualification with 1 year minimum Experience.
- Ability to supervise site activities and manage labor efficiently.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities -
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Maintain site records and report daily progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Anuradhapura & Trincomalee
