Candidate Profile
- A recognized degree, postgraduate qualification, or professional qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous lecturing, training, or teaching experience in higher education or professional education.
- Strong practical experience in the events, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, marketing, media, or related industries.
- Industry professionals with a proven track record of successfully planning and managing events are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, engaging, and industry-focused learning experiences.
- Ability to conduct lectures in English and/or Sinhala will be an advantage.
