Vacancy for the position of Assistant Operations Manager – Automobile (Two Wheelers) (Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, Jaffna)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to support the growth of our Two-Wheeler business by strengthening dealer performance, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned region.
Job Profile
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement area sales plans while identifying new business opportunities.
- Recruit, develop and manage the dealer network to improve sales performance.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory, registrations, credit settlements and dealer cash management.
- Coordinate branding and merchandising activities to maintain showroom standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute local promotional and digital campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business decisions.
- Prepare sales, dealer performance and operational reports for management.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales or dealer network management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
