Supervisor - Production (Male)
Job Description
- Location : Kandane gedara, Pannala, North Western Province.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
- Industry : Coconut related products manufacturing
- Job type : Full - Time (Shift based)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.
- Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the workers.
- Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.
- Ensure full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre-set production targets.
- Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.
- Product audit & Process audit.
- Motivate the workers to achieve organizational objectives effectively and efficiently.
- supervise the whole production facility to improve productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications / required Skills
- Male candidates can be applied.
- Previous experiences in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should pass GCE A/L in three subjects.
- Diploma in production Management or equal qualification will be an advantage.
- Freshers and school leavers can apply for the position.
- Good communicational, man handling & interpersonal skills.
