Location - Yatiyantota
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven working experience in the Human Resources field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements would be an added advantage.
- Working experience with ISO Management Systems and Sedex/SMETA standards would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
