ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – COST CONTROL –
- Monitor F&B costs, operational expenses & profitability
- Oversee inventory, stock counts, wastage & variances
- Review purchasing, GRNs & cost movements
- Prepare cost reports & variance analyses
- Identify cost leakages & savings opportunities
PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
- Manage purchasing requirements across hotel operations
- Source suppliers & obtain competitive quotations
- Negotiate pricing, quality & supply terms
- Coordinate timely deliveries with operational teams
- Maintain supplier records & monitor purchasing costs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant qualification and 2–4 years’ experience
- Hospitality experience is mandatory
- Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
- Candidates based in or around Galle preferred
