We specialize in managing complex approvals, technical designs, property investigations and project execution with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
EMPLOYMENT NATURE
- Location : 360-Head Office - Galle
- Employment Type : Full-time
- Reporting To : Project Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Technology (NVQ Level 4 or above)
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other visualization tools.
- Minimum 6 months experience in architectural drafting, detailing, and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan building regulations, UDA guidelines, and zoning requirements.
- Ability to prepare working drawings, technical detailing, and presentation layouts.
- Hands-on experience in designing Boutique villas & hotels is an added qualification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of architectural concepts from feasibility to detailed design, offering creative ideas and contributing to design reviews to improve project quality.
- Prepare clear and professional presentation drawings, visualizations, and construction documents that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Maintain design standards, support team collaboration, and present design concepts or technical inputs to internal teams or clients when required.
- Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary permits, manage inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining consistent communication with clients, contractors, and the design team.
