Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
Part or full professional qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional body.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
Sound knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Willingness to travel for audit assignments when required.
