THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with the respective subject included as one of the core subjects of the degree.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience and familiarity with the relevant curriculum is a must.
- Good command of English language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Strong commitment to student development, academic excellence and professional integrity.
- Ability to plan, deliver, assess, and continuously improve effective lessons.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and professional approach to working with students, parents and colleagues.
FOR THE SPECIAL UNIT TEACHER:
Qualification or proven professional experience in Special Needs Education, Inclusive Education, or a related field is preferred.
