Rekawa Wellness Resort is a wellness retreat dedicated to holistic healing through Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and nourishing food.
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort. This role includes ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient coordination across departments, adherence to wellness standards, and the achievement of operational and financial goals, all while upholding the resort's holistic philosophy.

Location: Rekawa, Tangalle
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Wellness/Ayurveda services
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage staff performance, schedules, and operational efficiency
- Implement cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellness standards
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours and reside on site if required
- Experience in wellness resort will be an advantage
