Lead Barista
For immediate start
At a lifestyle cafe located in Unawatuna, with a high standard for food & beverage and hospitality, and a largely international audience. Offering a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
Working the coffee bar and floor, with a team to serve a cafe-restaurant. Preparing a variety of coffee beverages to a global standard, using a La Marzocco machine and other specialty equipment. Preparing a variety of other beverages such as matcha, juices and housemade ingredients. Guiding / training other service teammates in coffee making.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience, passionate about barista skills and the world of coffee, creative and idea oriented person, with confident social and customer-forward skills.
