The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Standards Executive to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical standards, product compliance, and certification processes across our manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, and enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure products consistently meet international standards and customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, review, and maintain technical standards, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate certification and audit activities with external certification bodies.
- Ensure products comply with applicable international standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify certification gaps and support the implementation of new certification requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance records, and audit reports.
- Monitor changes in industry standards, regulations, and sustainability requirements, and support their implementation.
- Provide technical guidance on compliance and standards-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits and assist in implementing corrective actions where required.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting awareness programs on standards and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Operations Management, Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, certification, quality assurance, sustainability, or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality systems, product standards, or certification processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
