IMMEDIATE VACANCIES IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
We are an ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 certified and over 30 years experienced CS2 category construction company
We are looking for dynamic persons whom can be depended upon to act professionally and appropriately in handling affairs of the following positions in our company;
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
- BSc. Eng. + Chartered Engineering with minimum 8 years post qualified experience.
- Capacity & Experience in handling multiple building/ Industrial construction projects at a time.
- Experience in RCC and Steel building construction & Project Management
- Experience in Multiple project /Cost Control /Project finance /Contract administration/Project planning/Quality Assurance /Quality control.
- Experience in MEP work and handling sub- contractors, Client & Consultants coordination.
- Age below 55 yrs.
SITE MANAGERS
- BSc. Eng. (Local Universities) with Minimum 5 years or Equivalent field experience in RCC & Steel Building construction projects as a Site Manager.
- Experience and Knowledge of MEP related works in Project Management
- Project Programme /Cost Control /Quality Management experience.
- Project Coordination with Clients, Consultants, & Specialist contractors
- Project located in Colombo - Port, Colombo & Colombo suburbs
- Experience in Steel Building Construction is an added qualification.
- Age below 55 yrs.
SITE ENGINEERS
- Bsc +2 yrs or equiv having NDT, NDES, HNDE with minimum 5 yrs experience in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical
- Being target oriented with Project management skills, effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability work under minimum supervision and extended hours if required.
- Ability to handle multi tasks, including Labour management, Cost control and sub-contractor management.
- Age below 40 yrs.
