TRAINING & INVESTIGATION MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead security training and development initiatives
- Conduct training sessions, drills, and assessments
- Manage recruitment and selection of security personnel
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Investigate security incidents and complaints
- Prepare investigation reports and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Promote discipline, professionalism, and service excellence
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Below 55 years of age
- Sri Lankan Police or Military background
- Experience in training, investigations, and recruitment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in Sinhala with good command of English
- Strong discipline, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to manage and develop security personnel
