01 CHARTERED ARCHITECT
REQUIREMENTS
- Chartered Architect
- Strong design and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in architectural software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
02 PROJECT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- B. Arch / B.Sc. Eng / B.Sc. QS / Project Manager
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience
- Strong project planning, coordination and management skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
03 ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Architectural Drafting
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings and details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
