Senior Executive – Local Sales & Marketing
Location: Boralesgamuwa
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), HORECA, Online Sales, distributors and retail customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales and promotional activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the Company's customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market feedback.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in local sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) sales is essential.
- Experience dealing with supermarket chains, distributors, and retail outlets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sri Lanka.
- Male candidate preferred.
