KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact prospective students over the phone
- Explain university programmes and eligibility requirements
- Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships
- Achieve monthly recruitment and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
- Ability to achieve given sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales
- Living within Colombo and suburbs
- School leavers are welcome to apply
- Previous telesales/customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary between LKR 50,000 – 65,000
- Attractive sales commissions
- Transport provided (Monday – Friday)
