Technical Officer / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily road construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate labour, machinery, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- NVQ Level 3, 4 or 5 in Civil Engineering (Construction Sector) will be added advantage.
- Minimum 03+ years of experience in road construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of road construction activities, quality control, and site supervision.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
