Guarantee business continuity by maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the organization's hardware, software, network infrastructure, and user access.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and backups.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Handle user accounts, access, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide IT support and minimize downtime.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent certifications (CCNA, CompTIA).
- 2-3 years of system administration and technical troubleshooting experience.
