Direct the sales team, design high-impact sales strategies, and expand market share to aggressively hit revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and customers in the vegetables & fruits business.
- Set targets, track KPIs, and coach the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client and distributor relationships.
- Analyze market trends and forecast sales revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in team leadership.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on performance metrics.
