1. Sales & Accounts Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash counter, daily transactions, and ensure accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide excellent customer service and actively drive in-store sales
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Support daily accounts and basic accounting tasks
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Strong numerical skills with high honesty and integrity
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
2. Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching graphics for promotions, social media, and in-store materials
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to increase brand visibility and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- Creative with strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Experience in social media management is highly preferred
- Passion for sports and current digital trends
- Ability to generate fresh ideas and deliver results
3. Racquet Stringer Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional racquet stringing and gutting services for tennis, badminton, and other racquet sports
- Offer expert advice to customers on string types, tension, and equipment maintenance
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on sports equipment
- Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in racquet stringing/gutting is a strong advantage (training provided for promising candidates)
- Detail-oriented with good hand skills
- Passion for racquet sports
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
