ASSISTANT ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree + 01 year's work experience OR NDT Diploma qualified + 02 year's work experience
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontracts to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintain project documentation.
- Manage material requirements and coordinate site resources effectively.
- Ensure work is completed within the project schedule and budget.
