WE ARE HIRING CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who can drive growth, build brand value, and lead high-performing teams using modern marketing technologies and AI.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO and AEO, along with a solid understanding of using AI tools to analyze and perform market research. They must possess in-depth knowledge of social media marketing and demonstrate the ability to manage the marketing department competently using AI-driven tools, social media platforms, and related technologies. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities effectively, with at least 2 years of experience in US-based marketing or working with US clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee SEO and AEO strategies to improve brand visibility and drive organic growth.
- Use AI tools to analyze data, identify market trends, and conduct in-depth market research.
- Lead and manage social media marketing across all major platforms.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team using AI-driven tools and performance insights.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive brand positioning, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Measure performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong expertise in SEO and AEO.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with AI tools for market research and data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and digital channels.
- Proven ability to manage a marketing department using modern tools and platforms.
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US-based marketing or working with US clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
