Yaden International (Private) Limited is in the Business of Importation, Marketing and Distribution of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Cosmetics representing more than 30 foreign manufacturers from various countries. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, dedicated and goal-oriented candidates for the following position with long term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve set goals.
Job Title: Manager – Human Resources
Location – Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Strengthening Staff Retention by implementing retention strategies conducting root causes analysis on absenteeism, managing grievances and building strong stakeholder relationship.
- Lead talent sourcing & pipeline development by designing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attracts diverse talent pool for all level roles, ensuring a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Co-ordinate with all Universities and other professional institutes in acquiring young talents to the organization.
- Attending and representing Labour Department related work.
- Handling preliminary investigation on disciplinary inquiries and updating HO-HRA on such situation.
- Conduct and train work related hygiene and cleaning activities with third party teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
- Professional Qualification in Human Resources from a recognized Institute (CIPM) / Master Degree in Human Resources or Administration.
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years’ similar capacity in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment.
- Proven Leadership, people management and strategic HR planning.
- Strong problem-solving and decision – making capabilities.
- Excellent in communication skills both Sinhala and English.
- Excellent Computer Literacy and familiarity with HRIS system.
