Vacancy for the position of Executive – Research & Development (Agro & Electromechanical)

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Executive – Research & Development to support product quality improvements across agro and electro mechanical product categories. This role will play a key part in product testing, quality assurance, shipment inspections, supplier coordination, warranty cost reduction, and technical capability enhancement across the service network.
Job Profile
- Conduct testing and quality validation of E-bikes, motorcycles, water pumps, agro products, OEM fitness equipment, and related product categories prior to ordering.
- Perform shipment inspections, prepare verification reports, and ensure products meet required quality standards before market distribution.
- Analyze service and market feedback to identify product quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Coordinate with commercial, marketing, factory, and service teams to resolve quality concerns and improve product performance.
- Manage warranty claims, service rebate processes, and product replacement approvals in line with company procedures and supplier requirements.
- Develop and distribute service bulletins, technical guides, and product updates to support technicians and service franchise partners.
- Conduct technical training programs, workshops, and field visits to strengthen technical knowledge and service excellence across the network.
Personal Profile
- Diploma, Higher National Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years' experience in product quality, technical services, research & development, or a related engineering function.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience in product testing, quality inspections, and supplier coordination will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
