JOB ROLE

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
  • Oversee purchase order processing through the ERP system and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop the supplier/ vendor database.
  • Lead and support the procurement team while driving continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare procurement reports and support management in procurement planning and decision-making.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry, with supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
