JOB ROLE
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
- Oversee purchase order processing through the ERP system and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and develop the supplier/ vendor database.
- Lead and support the procurement team while driving continuous process improvements.
- Prepare procurement reports and support management in procurement planning and decision-making.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry, with supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
