Customer Care Relationship Officer (Tamil Speaking)
Requirements
- Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or customer relationship management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered)
- Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Sinhala is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends when required
DRIVER
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Age between 25-45 years.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Colombo District.
MESSENGER
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age between 25-45 years
- Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L).
- Familiarity with local routes and locations.
- Responsible, reliable, and well-organized.
- Basic knowledge of handling documents and deliveries.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
