OPERATIONS & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Tropikal Life International (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Organic Dried Fruits, Coconut and Coconut products such as Desiccated Coconut & Coconut Water, and other produce of Sri Lankan and other Multi origins. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Executive to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pre-costing sheets for all shipments.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Coordinate daily shipment planning with the factory and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare proforma invoices and management reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to import and export operations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and on-time deliveries.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Support marketing and commercial activities as required.
- Perform any other operational or commercial duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, exports, logistics, commercial, or marketing functions.
- Good understanding of import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with a Finance/Accounting background or experience in finance-related operations will be preferred.
