Position : Associate – Business Analyst
We are a global technology consultancy, having presence in Australia, Singapore, Middle East and Sri Lanka. Our strong clientele spans across eleven countries covering multiple business sectors. At POTENZA (www.onepotenza.com), we sell business outcomes, and we have an opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about building relationships and solving problems to join our Sri Lanka Office.
The Opportunity
An early career individual who has 1 years experience in Business Analysis possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems or equivalent Qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, documentation & communicate findings
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems Conduct meetings and do presentations to share ideas, insights and plans and effectively communicate them to cross-functional teams
- Work closely with tech-leads and engineering staff to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements to the clients
- Perform user acceptance testing/ business testing where needed and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders
