SENIOR QUALITY & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Your Role
- Ensure compliance with company Quality Management Systems, food safety guidelines, and customer standards.
- Monitor and maintain facility compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Arrange periodic site inspections and audits in vendor locations and facilitate necessary compliance standards.
- Investigate customer quality complaints, perform root-cause analysis, and execute corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee awareness regarding quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure required records and documents are maintained up to date in accordance with the needs of the FSMS and QMS.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, Quality Management, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA/QC or Food Safety, ideally within food manufacturing or the tea industry.
- Possesses a sound knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and BRCGS standards, with hands-on experience in managing Quality Management Systems and handling internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally across various departments.
