STORES SUPERVISOR

Your Role
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and system reconcilations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, health regulations, and warehouse cleanliness standards.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency within the facility.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 02 years of supervisory experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- Certificate in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of stock auditing, receiving/issuing procedures, and safety compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with store assistants effectively.
- The role is based in Kelaniya - Thalwatta.
