Outbound Tour Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and customized outbound tour packages while coordinating with international suppliers and travel documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer service, accurate records, visa assistance, and timely client follow-ups.
Requirements
- Male/Female candidates only, aged 22–35 years
- Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism (an added advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound tour operations (preferred)
- Fresh candidates with a passion for travel and learning are also welcome
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of GDS systems will be an added advantage
- Experience in social media handling is a plus
