We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Sports Publications team. If you enjoy creating visually appealing layouts, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering high-quality print materials within tight deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce the daily Sports paper with attractive, accurate, and publication-ready layouts.
- Format sports fixtures, statistics, tables, and other sports information for publication.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure all files meet production standards.
- Edit images, advertisements, and page layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate with editorial, sports data, and printing teams to ensure timely publication.
- Design creative promotional materials and advertisements.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Ability and willingness to work a rotational shift schedule of two weeks of day shifts and two weeks of night shifts each month.
- Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Passion for local and international sporting events.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good command of written and reading English.
- Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, colour management, and print production.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet daily publication deadlines.
- Previous experience in sports data or sports publications will be an added advantage.
