MANAGER - WORKSHOP
We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Workshop Manager to lead our automobile workshop operations and manage the technical team effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop.
- Lead and supervise the mechanical team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor job quality, productivity, and technical standards.
- Prepare technical reports and provide technical recommendations as required.
- Ensure proper allocation of jobs and effective utilization of workshop resources.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues with minimum supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and automotive technology standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar workshop/managerial role.
- Experience in a reputed automotive brand is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.
