BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Lead growth. Build partnerships. Take TRT to new heights by expanding our market presence and creating meaningful business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, corporate clients and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Represent the company in meetings, trade shows and industry events.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement growth strategies.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. (Master's degree is an advantage)
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in travel or tourism industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Well-connected in the travel industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
