We Are Looking For Academic Heads – Business & Early Childhood Programmes & Academic Coordinators – IT (Specialized In Artificial Intelligence - AI) & Psychology Programmes (Experienced – Colombo)
ANC Campus is one of the largest private education conglomerates operating in Sri Lanka, offering a full spectrum of educational programmes from pre-school, high school, undergraduate to postgraduate programmes; in its six education providers. ANC currently provides fully comprehensive and accredited American, Australian and UK undergraduate & postgraduate educational programmes in Sri Lanka.
ANC is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Academic Heads for Business & Early Childhood Programmes & Academic Coordinators for IT (Specialized In Artificial Intelligence), Psychology Programmes for the delivery and development of the programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced academics who are passionate about education and committed to maintain high academic standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Academic Heads
- Master’s Degree in the related field (A PhD would be considered as added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of academic leadership experience
- Teaching experience in higher education
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance
- Demonstrated research and publication record preferred
- Commitment to academic excellence and innovation
Academic Coordinators
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (A Master’s Degree would be considered as added advantage)
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in academic coordination or teaching
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in curriculum development or assessment is desirable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Academic Heads
- Lead and oversee all academic operations within the programmes
- Ensure curriculum quality, accreditation compliance, and academic standards
- Supervise and mentor academic staff
- Drive research initiatives and academic innovation
- Monitor student progress, retention, and academic performance
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic academic planning
- Represent the department in academic and professional forums
Academic Coordinators
- Coordinate curriculum and academic activities
- Support faculty in teaching and assessment
- Monitor student progress and ensure academic quality
- Assist with accreditation processes and quality assurance
- Collaborate with other departments to foster interdisciplinary programmes
