Bancassurance Officer (Aluthkade / Nawam Mawatha)
Job Role:
- Identify and engage with high-net-worth customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain long-term, loyal relationships with clients while ensuring persistency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with branch staff to generate high-quality leads and achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Proactively stay updated on the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, drive sales growth, and contribute to overall business success.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance sector, with exposure to handling financial products.
- Professional qualifications in a relevant field, such as SLIM, CIM, or CIMA, will be an added advantage.
- Strong market orientation and exceptional selling skills to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
