Project Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification with Chartered Engineer status.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience, including at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Deliver the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address delays and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Ensure the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout the project.
The ideal Candidate should be a team player, have positive Interpersonal and Communication skills with the willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
Familiarity with modern construction methodologies and industry technologies will be an added advantage.
