KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the island-wide sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Monitor sales performance and implement effective improvement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous Real Estate Sales experience is MANDATORY.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
