HR MANAGER
We are a diversified Sri Lankan business operating across multiple businesses, seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Manager to lead our people agenda and build a high-performance culture.
THE ROLE
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Develop and execute training and development plans
- Drive performance management and career development
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention and workplace culture
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, employee relations and compliance
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational development
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Professional qualification and/or membership with CIPM Sri Lanka will be a distinct advantage
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with relevant managerial exposure
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, learning and development and performance management
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people-leadership capabilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work across multiple businesses
