GENERAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
We are a diversified Sri Lankan business operating across multiple businesses, seeking a dynamic and commercially minded professional to join our leadership team.
THE ROLE
- Drive operational excellence and business performance
- Work with business leaders to achieve financial & operational targets
- Strengthen processes, systems and accountability
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of management experience, including 3+ years in a senior role
- Strong commercial, operational and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in multi-business, retail, FMCG or consumer operations is an advantage
- Preferred age: 35–45 years
